I. GENEREAL TERMS OF SERVICES
- the artist will not draw muscles/ bara / mecha / furry (kemonomimi are OK!) / other's artstyles / R18.
- it is the client's responsibility to ensure that their requests are clear and to provide all references during the discussion phase. if anything that is not mentioned, artist is entitled to exercise their creative freedom.
- if the client fails to reply within a week after payment and/or discussion, the commission will be considered abandoned by client and payment will be forfeited.
- once the artwork has been completed, a preview will be provided for final feedback.
- the artist is allowed to work on personal art in between commissions.
- i will not be available to respond to messages over the weekends.
- please note that a commercial price has been applied to these categories: animation/emotes/alerts/live2d (art & rig)/stinger.II. ANIMATION TERMS OF SERVICE
- custom animations are recommended to be presented with thumbnails/sketches
- frames are charged 10$/RM15 per frame (this will be calculated only when there's additional action while the work is in production)III. PAYMENT & FEES
- commercial use (anything monetisation related) will incur a cost equal to 100% of the base price. (in exception for small/startup indie vtubers/ streamers/ youtubers will cost 50% of the base price.)
- payments are made through kofi/stripe/paypal in USD for international clients and through Maybank for malaysians.
- payment is required upfront, but instalments are an option.
:- choosing the installment plan, you will be required to pay 50% of the price and will only receive a sketch. the work will be finalised once the remaining balance is paid in full. If the remaining balance is not paid within one month (30 days), the commission will be considered a sketch and the work will not proceed to finalisation.
- clients may be required to secure a waitlist slot, for which a fee of 50% of the payment will be charged. (This fee will not apply to clients who have chosen the installment plan.)
- note that I do not offer refunds.

IV. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- detailed characters (e.g. wings, horns, complex accessories, unique hair design) will have additional costs of 10-20% of base price.
- additional character(s) costs 100% of base price (not applied for animation).
- additional mascots/complex props costs 50% of base price (not applied for animation).
- asking me to design will cost extra.
- adding a custom background in illustration work will cost extra.
- merchandising fee will be charged at twice the base price for corporate clients. however, for smaller indies i will charge +50% from base price.
- clients may set deadlines, but if the deadline is less than one month, please note that rush fees will be applied.V. REVISIONS
- minor revisions are free with a limit of two passes
(e.g. (a) changing the colour during the sketch phase (b) changing expression)
- major revision will have extra charges depending on the complexity
(e.g. changing the pose/ colour scheme/ an action [animation] once the work has already been approved)VI COPYRIGHT & USAGE
artist reserves the rights to:
:- display work on the website as a portfolio and promote work in commission sheets
:- post work in progress on social media
:- stream progress on youtube/twitch unless were stated not to
clients may not:
:- claim work as their own
:- alter the artwork (unless for private use e.g. private playlist album cover or anything similar that no one else is able to see)
:- use of artwork for commercial purposes without prior discussion and agreement.
:- reproduced into merchandise without prior discussion and agreement.
:- feed the artwork (or any of mine) into artificial intelligence
:- use artwork made into any sorts of NFT product

VII WORKFLOW
pre production
- discussion with client via twitter or discord
- client provides all the references, details and payment information
- work will begin once payment has been made
production
- work will be carried out
- during the early stages (sketch phase) clients are allowed to ask for (V). revisions
post production
- finalised work will be given preview for final feedback
- once approved, the product will be sent through email/ google drive/ discord/ deviantart stash link
- formats will generally be given in PNG/GIF/MP4/MOC3
